This is dedicated to Mi Maestra Marcela

So I have the privilege to have Marcela as my professor here in Chile.  Since I am taking two classes (don't worry guys, 1 class is 12 credits), I only have her as my teacher.  She is not your ordinary teacher...seriously guys she is the funnest/coolest professor I have ever had.  Trying to get a good grade in her class I constantly chat with her during and outside of class.  One day before class she was sitting on a bench drinking coffee and I came to sit next to her.  We were chatting about random stuff.  She loves to know the gossip and I am pretty sure I am her favorite student (not to toot my own horn)!

Lets try to describe her shall we: short brown hair, she is short herself, not skinny yet not fat, always wears clothes with a nike symbol, and as chilean as one can be.  I know this description does not do her justice, but unfortunately I am not the best at describing people.

One day I was sick from either a 24hr bug or food poisoning (I still have no idea).  I seriously looked like shit and could not do anything in class.  Instead of telling me to go home and rest, she says: "Go next door and get yourself ginger ale and then come back to class...I'll let you out 20 minutes before class ends."  Well thank you Marcela, you are so kind.  She also rarely assigns homework and I really still do not understand her grading methods, but I am not complaining.  Thank you Marcela for making this such an incredible semester!
